Our position
Tivo8k does not host, store, upload, encode, transmit or own any media content. We do not operate the servers from which media originates. We provide access credentials to third-party streams. Where we are notified of infringing material we act on it, and where we are able to remove access we do so.
Submitting a notice
Send notices to support@tivo8k.online with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We review every notice received and respond in the order they arrive.
What a valid notice must include
A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorised agent; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material and enough detail for us to locate it; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
What we can act on
Notices identifying specific content accessible through our service. We can remove access to identified streams. We cannot remove content from servers we do not operate, and a notice that does not identify specific material cannot be acted on.
Counter-notices
If access has been removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was an error.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in accordance with applicable law.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge notices within two working days and to act on valid ones within five. Complex notices may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leave you waiting.
