What we collect
Your name and email address when you contact us or place an order; the messaging handle you contact us from; the device and app you tell us about so we can help; and payment confirmation references from our payment processors. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
What we do not collect
We do not require an account, so there is no stored password. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data to anyone, and we do not build behavioural profiles for marketing. We do not log the content you watch for any commercial purpose.
Why we hold it
To deliver the subscription you bought, to provide support, to handle refunds and disputes, and to meet accounting obligations. That is the complete list of purposes.
Server logs
Our web server records standard access logs including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. These are used for security and diagnostics and are rotated automatically. Streaming servers record connection data as needed to enforce concurrent-connection limits.
Cookies
The website sets only the cookies WordPress requires to function. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics is added in future, this section will be updated before it goes live and a consent mechanism will be provided where required.
Who we share it with
Payment processors, to take payment. Our hosting provider, as a processor. Nobody else, unless legally compelled. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers or affiliate networks.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Ask us to delete anything not subject to a retention obligation and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. Exercise any of them by emailing support@tivo8k.online. We respond within thirty days and do not charge for it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS. Access to enquiry data is restricted to administrators. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send card details, passwords or identity documents to us by message or email — we never ask for them.
